These Terms form a legal agreement between bad88 and the user. By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

bad88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend that you visit this page regularly.

These Terms are written in English and governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or question of interpretation, the decision of bad88 shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the bad88 platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If you are under 21, please leave this site immediately.

21+ Only: bad88 strictly prevents minors from gaming. In cases of doubt, we may request identity documents to verify age.

2.2 Registration Process

To open an account on bad88, you must provide the following accurate and truthful information:

  • Full name (as shown on your national identity card)
  • Active mobile number and email address
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Details of your preferred payment method

bad88 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance if false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one bad88 account. If a person holds more than one account, it will be treated as bonus abuse and all associated accounts will be closed. Multiple accounts operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method may also be considered duplicate accounts.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your bad88 username and password completely confidential. Allowing any other person to use your account or sharing your password is prohibited. If you believe the security of your account has been compromised, notify the bad88 support team immediately.

bad88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless bad88's own negligence is proven.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bad88 may at any time request that you complete an identity verification process in the interest of maintaining a safe gaming environment. The following documents may be required:

  • Scanned copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, withdrawals may be held or the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Updating Account Information

If any information registered on your account (phone number, email, payment method) changes, notify the bad88 support team immediately. bad88 will not be liable for any delayed or failed transactions caused by outdated or incorrect information.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on bad88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) via any method.

Deposited funds may not be withdrawable until fully verified. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact the support team immediately.

Deposited funds may not be sent from a third-party account. Only a payment method registered in the account holder's own name may be used. Otherwise, bad88 reserves the right to reject the relevant deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from bad88 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, however the following cases may take longer:

  • Identity verification may be required for first-time withdrawals
  • Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts
  • Bank transfers may take longer due to banking infrastructure
  • Withdrawals may be held for review in cases of suspicious activity

The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal. If multiple deposit payment methods were used, bad88 may follow a proportional return policy.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bad88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bad88 will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw funds from the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or proxy IPs will result in account cancellation.
  • bad88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
  • A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

bad88's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate by level is as follows:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Through active participation and regular gaming, you can advance to higher VIP levels.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bad88 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Our games are operated using technology from internationally recognized game software providers. All betting results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

bad88 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet in the following circumstances:

  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
  • If there is a dispute over the result of a game or event
  • If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found
  • If signs of fraud are found on a user's account

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Internationally recognized cricket betting rules are followed for all cricket betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bad88 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.4 Payment of Winnings

Winnings will be automatically credited to your bad88 account. For large wins, payment processing may take additional time and bad88 may request further verification.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bad88 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
  • Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools
  • Attempting to gain a technical advantage over the game or betting system
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate games
  • Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds
  • Making deposits using a third party's card or mobile banking
  • Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
  • Harassing or causing harm to other users
  • Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor

In the event of any of the above violations, the account will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your bad88 account at any time. Before making the request, please complete all pending bonus wagering and withdraw any withdrawable balance. After the account is closed, all your data will be retained in accordance with applicable law.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by bad88

bad88 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
  • Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
  • Discrepancies or false information in account details
  • Failure to verify identity or submit required documents
  • Prolonged inactivity (generally more than 1 year)
